خلاصة

لا يجمع تطبيق «دفتري» أي بيانات ولا يرسلها إلى أي خادم لنا. كل ما تُدخله يبقى مخزّنًا على جهازك وحده. لا نملك خوادم تستقبل بياناتك، ولا أدوات تتبّع أو إعلانات. الاستثناء الوحيد اختياري بالكامل ولا يحدث إلا بأمرك: إن اخترت تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google، يرفع التطبيق ملف النسخة الاحتياطية إلى Google Drive الخاص بك أنت — لا إلينا.

البيانات التي تُخزَّن على جهازك

أنت من يُدخل هذه البيانات، وتبقى داخل ذاكرة التطبيق على الجهاز:

• أسماء العملاء وأرقام هواتفهم.
• عمليات البيع بالتقسيط والأقساط وجداول استحقاقها.
• الدفعات والتحصيلات والوصولات والتقارير.
• إعدادات التطبيق والتذكيرات.

الأذونات ولماذا نطلبها

• الإشعارات: لتذكيرك بمواعيد استحقاق الأقساط.
• التشغيل عند الإقلاع: لإعادة جدولة التذكيرات بعد إعادة تشغيل الجهاز.
• البصمة / القياسات الحيوية: لقفل التطبيق محليًا. لا تغادر بصمتك الجهاز إطلاقًا.
• الاهتزاز: للتنبيهات داخل التطبيق.
• الإنترنت: لا يُستخدم إلا للنسخ الاحتياطي إلى Google Drive بعد أن تربط حسابك بنفسك. ما عدا ذلك يعمل التطبيق بالكامل دون اتصال.

النسخ الاحتياطي

للنسخ الاحتياطي طريقتان، ولا تبدأ أي منهما إلا بأمر منك:

• ملف تشاركه بنفسك: يُنشئ التطبيق ملف نسخة احتياطية وتختار أنت وجهته (الملفات أو البريد أو أي تطبيق محادثة). الوجهة التي تختارها تخضع لسياسة خصوصية ذلك التطبيق، لا لسياستنا.
• Google Drive: إن سجّلت الدخول بحساب Google، يرفع التطبيق ملف النسخة إلى مجلد باسم Daftari داخل Drive الخاص بك — مرة في اليوم عند وجود تغيير، أو عند طلبك. يحتفظ التطبيق بأحدث عشر نسخ ويحذف ما قبلها.

حساب Google و Google Drive

ربط حساب Google اختياري، والتطبيق يعمل كاملًا من دونه.

• ما يطّلع عليه التطبيق: اسمك وعنوان بريدك في حساب Google، ويُعرضان على جهازك فقط لتعرف أي حساب مرتبط. لا يُرسلان إلى أي جهة.
• ما يصل إليه في Drive: يطلب التطبيق صلاحية drive.file فقط، وهي أضيق صلاحية ممكنة: لا يرى إلا الملفات التي أنشأها هو بنفسه، ولا يطّلع على أي ملف آخر في Drive الخاص بك.
• ما يُرفع: ملف النسخة الاحتياطية نفسه — عملاؤك وأقساطهم ودفعاتهم — إلى Drive الخاص بك وحده. لا نملك خادمًا، ولا تمرّ هذه البيانات بنا في أي لحظة، ولا يمكننا الاطّلاع عليها.
• الإيقاف والحذف: يمكنك إلغاء الربط من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت، وحذف النسخ من Drive الخاص بك، وسحب الصلاحية كليًا من صفحة أذونات حسابك في Google.

يلتزم «دفتري» في استخدام المعلومات المستلمة من واجهات Google ونقلها بـ سياسة Google API Services User Data، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).

التواصل مع العملاء

عند الضغط على زر اتصال أو مراسلة، يفتح التطبيق تطبيق الهاتف أو واتساب لديك. نحن لا نرسل أي رسالة نيابةً عنك ولا نطّلع على محتواها.

الحذف

بما أنّ البيانات محفوظة على جهازك فقط، فإن حذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته من إعدادات النظام يحذف كل شيء نهائيًا. لا توجد لدينا نسخة يمكن طلب حذفها.

إن كنت قد ربطت Google Drive، فإن النسخ التي رُفعت تبقى في Drive الخاص بك إلى أن تحذفها أنت منه؛ نحن لا نستطيع الوصول إليها ولا حذفها.

الأطفال

التطبيق موجَّه لأصحاب المحال التجارية وليس للأطفال، ولا يجمع أي بيانات عن أي فئة عمرية.

Summary

Daftari collects no data and sends nothing to any server of ours. Everything you enter stays on your device. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no server of ours that receives your information. The one exception is entirely optional and only ever happens on your instruction: if you choose to sign in with a Google account, the app uploads its backup file to your own Google Drive — not to us.

Data stored on your device

You enter this data, and it stays in the app's local storage on your device:

• Customer names and phone numbers.
• Installment sales, instalments and their due schedules.
• Payments, collections, receipts and reports.
• App settings and reminders.

Permissions and why they are needed

• Notifications: to remind you when an instalment is due.
• Run at startup: to reschedule reminders after the device reboots.
• Biometrics: to lock the app locally. Your biometric data never leaves the device.
• Vibration: for in-app alerts.
• Internet: used only to back up to Google Drive, after you connect an account yourself. Everything else works with no network at all.

Backups

There are two kinds, and neither starts without you asking for it:

• A file you share yourself: the app creates a backup file and you choose where it goes (Files, email or a chat app). The destination you pick is governed by that app's privacy policy, not ours.
• Google Drive: if you sign in with a Google account, the app uploads the backup to a folder named Daftari in your own Drive — once a day when something has changed, or whenever you ask. The ten newest are kept and older ones are deleted.

Google account and Google Drive

Connecting a Google account is optional, and the app works fully without one.

• What the app sees: your Google account's name and email address, shown on your device so you know which account is connected. They are sent nowhere.
• What it can reach in Drive: the app requests the drive.file scope only — the narrowest one there is. It sees the files it created itself and no other file in your Drive.
• What is uploaded: the backup file itself — your customers, their instalments and payments — to your own Drive. We run no server, the data never passes through us at any point, and we cannot read it.
• Stopping and deleting: you can disconnect from inside the app at any time, delete the backups from your own Drive, and revoke the permission entirely from your Google account permissions page.

Daftari's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Contacting customers

Tapping a call or message button opens your own phone or WhatsApp app. We never send a message on your behalf and never see its contents.

Deletion

Because data lives only on your device, uninstalling the app or clearing its data from system settings deletes everything permanently. We hold no copy to delete.

If you connected Google Drive, the backups already uploaded stay in your own Drive until you delete them there; we can neither reach them nor delete them for you.

Children

The app is intended for shop owners, not children, and collects no data about any age group.
