خلاصة

لا يجمع تطبيق «دفتري» أي بيانات ولا يرسلها إلى أي خادم. كل ما تُدخله يبقى مخزّنًا على جهازك وحده. لا نملك خوادم تستقبل بياناتك، ولا حسابات مستخدمين، ولا أدوات تتبّع أو إعلانات.

البيانات التي تُخزَّن على جهازك

أنت من يُدخل هذه البيانات، وتبقى داخل ذاكرة التطبيق على الجهاز:

• أسماء العملاء وأرقام هواتفهم.
• عمليات البيع بالتقسيط والأقساط وجداول استحقاقها.
• الدفعات والتحصيلات والوصولات والتقارير.
• إعدادات التطبيق والتذكيرات.

الأذونات ولماذا نطلبها

• الإشعارات: لتذكيرك بمواعيد استحقاق الأقساط.
• التشغيل عند الإقلاع: لإعادة جدولة التذكيرات بعد إعادة تشغيل الجهاز.
• البصمة / القياسات الحيوية: لقفل التطبيق محليًا. لا تغادر بصمتك الجهاز إطلاقًا.
• الاهتزاز: للتنبيهات داخل التطبيق.

النسخ الاحتياطي

يمكنك إنشاء ملف نسخة احتياطية ومشاركته يدويًا (إلى Drive أو الملفات أو أي تطبيق محادثة). هذه المشاركة تحدث بأمرك أنت فقط، والوجهة التي تختارها تخضع لسياسة خصوصية ذلك التطبيق، لا لسياستنا.

التواصل مع العملاء

عند الضغط على زر اتصال أو مراسلة، يفتح التطبيق تطبيق الهاتف أو واتساب لديك. نحن لا نرسل أي رسالة نيابةً عنك ولا نطّلع على محتواها.

الحذف

بما أنّ البيانات محفوظة على جهازك فقط، فإن حذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته من إعدادات النظام يحذف كل شيء نهائيًا. لا توجد لدينا نسخة يمكن طلب حذفها.

الأطفال

التطبيق موجَّه لأصحاب المحال التجارية وليس للأطفال، ولا يجمع أي بيانات عن أي فئة عمرية.

Summary

Daftari collects no data and sends nothing to any server. Everything you enter stays on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers that receive your information.

Data stored on your device

You enter this data, and it stays in the app's local storage on your device:

• Customer names and phone numbers.
• Installment sales, instalments and their due schedules.
• Payments, collections, receipts and reports.
• App settings and reminders.

Permissions and why they are needed

• Notifications: to remind you when an instalment is due.
• Run at startup: to reschedule reminders after the device reboots.
• Biometrics: to lock the app locally. Your biometric data never leaves the device.
• Vibration: for in-app alerts.

Backups

You can create a backup file and share it manually (to Drive, Files or a chat app). That share happens only when you choose it, and the destination you pick is governed by that app's privacy policy, not ours.

Contacting customers

Tapping a call or message button opens your own phone or WhatsApp app. We never send a message on your behalf and never see its contents.

Deletion

Because data lives only on your device, uninstalling the app or clearing its data from system settings deletes everything permanently. We hold no copy to delete.

Children

The app is intended for shop owners, not children, and collects no data about any age group.
